Text Message Communications Agreement

By providing your mobile phone number to Connexa Search Group and agreeing to receive text messages, you are giving your express written consent to receive text messages from us. This consent applies to marketing messages, informational updates, job opportunities, and other business-related communications.

Your Consent and Agreement

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box (where applicable), you expressly consent and agree to receive text messages from Connexa Search Group at the mobile number provided. You understand and agree that:

  • Message Frequency: You may receive up to 4-6 text messages per month, though frequency may vary based on your preferences and current job opportunities.

  • Message Content: Messages will almost always relate to job opportunities we have available or updates about your career interests. On rare occasions, messages may include other business-related communications such as company news or industry insights.

  • Standard Rates: Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Please consult your mobile service agreement for pricing information.

  • Not Required for Service: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any goods or services from Connexa Search Group.

Types of Messages You May Receive

We may send you text messages including:

  • Job opportunity alerts matching your career interests and qualifications

  • Updates about positions you've expressed interest in

  • Follow-up communications about your application or interview status

  • On rare occasions: company announcements, industry insights, or networking event invitations

How to Stop Receiving Messages (Opt-Out)

You may revoke your consent to receive text messages at any time using any of the following methods:

Text Message: Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us.

Email: Send an email to Office@ConnexaSearch.com with "SMS OPT OUT" in the subject line and include your mobile phone number.

Phone: Call us at (864) 900-5271 and request to be removed from text messaging.

Website: Visit our website at connexasearch.com and use our contact form to request removal.

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further text messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you opt in again.

Processing Your Opt-Out Request

We will honor your opt-out request within 10 business days of receiving it, as required by federal law. Your opt-out request will apply to all text message communications from Connexa Search Group unless you specifically request to opt out of only certain types of messages.

If you change your mobile phone number, please contact us immediately at Office@ConnexaSearch.com or (864) 900-5271 to update your information and avoid any interruption in communications.

Data Usage and Privacy

Retention: We retain your mobile phone number and consent records for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers to send text messages on our behalf. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only authorized to use your information for the specific purpose of delivering our messages.

Compliance with Laws

This SMS agreement complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and other applicable federal and state laws governing text message communications.

Changes to This Agreement

Connexa Search Group reserves the right to modify this SMS Terms & TCPA Consent agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued participation in our text messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Effective Date

This SMS Terms & TCPA Consent agreement is effective as of July 17, 2025 and governs all text message communications from Connexa Search Group.

Legal Disclaimers

No Warranty: Text messages are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee delivery of messages due to technical issues, network problems, or other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability: Connexa Search Group shall not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in our text messaging program, including but not limited to charges from your wireless carrier.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of South Carolina and applicable federal law.
